Employer data: company registration details, authorised representative information, payroll records, funding activity and portal user activity.

Employee data: identity details submitted for verification, employment and salary facts supplied by the employer, salary account transactions, credit applications and repayment history, and savings activity.

To process payroll and recorded deductions, disburse salaries, operate salary accounts, assess and service employee credit, meet regulatory obligations including identity verification and record keeping, and prevent fraud.

Employers see employment, payroll and deduction information needed to run payroll, plus the credit obligations that affect payroll.

Employers do not see an employee's savings balances, wallet spending or personal transaction history.

Records are retained for as long as required by applicable Nigerian financial and employment record-keeping rules. Access is role-based and every payroll and credit action is written to an audit trail.
